A dream about her late grandmother would eventually inspire Tavia Gooden Ferguson to turn Jamaican proverbs into illustrated stories on clothing and souvenirs. What began as an effort to bring additional income into her household during the COVID-19 pandemic has since grown into Tavy’s Tag Dat, Tag Dat for short, a Jamaican brand using creative imagery to bring familiar sayings to life.
