A 33-year-old Portmore, St Catherine, man has been charged for allegedly attacking a woman and dragging her from inside a car in which she was seated. Ramone Caroll, an air-conditioner technician of a Braeton address, is charged with unlawful wounding. The police report that about 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, the woman was seated inside a vehicle at her home in Braeton Phase One in Portmore, St Catherine, when she was confronted by the accused. It is being alleged that he rained blows on her and dragged her from the vehicle.
