More than 17,000 runners, walkers and wheelers flooded the streets in pink for the Jamaica Reach to Recovery Pink Run, turning out in record numbers for this year’s theme, ‘Miles and Miles of Hope’. Friends, families and colleagues joined the annual event to show their support for women affected by breast cancer, proudly sporting pink and embracing the community spirit that has become a hallmark of the run. Beyond the miles covered, the morning was a reminder of the people and stories behind the cause, and the collective hope that continues to fuel the fight against breast cancer.
