Shades of blue filled the GWM Jamaica showroom on South Camp Road in St Andrew last Saturday as attendees rolled out their mats for Powerade’s Power in Pilates. First-timers joined Pilates regulars for a satisfying burn under the guidance of Victoria Colahar, certified mat Pilates instructor and CEO of the Core Club.
