Brothers Sean and Nicholas Scott have combined forces to take over one of the largest and fastest-growing segments of Jamaica’s quick-service food industry, having acquired the assets of Convenient Brands Ltd to become the new master franchisee for Domino’s Pizza Inc. in Jamaica and assume control of the island’s largest pizza restaurant chain.

The acquisition was made through their jointly owned company, First Order Brands Limited.

Neither of the Scotts was available for comment, citing deeply personal challenges at this time.

Domino’s has operated in Jamaica for more than 30 years and today comprises 18 stores with over 200 team members.

Sean will act as Chief Executive Officer of First Order. He brings deep operational expertise in the quick-service restaurant business, having previously led the Domino’s and Wendy’s franchises in Jamaica from 2011 to 2018.

The company will be chaired by Nicholas Scott.
